Calories ??? Weight loss/ muscle gain
Does anyone have an idea how much calories should I be eating to gain muscle and loose fat. I am 5'9" and weight 195lb. I recently loss 60 lbs . I want to loose the belly and gain muscle . Not sure if I should eat less. Right now I am eating about 1550 and trying to eat alot of protien. Any suggestions

Changing from km to miles on running
Is there a way to change from kilometers to mile on the exercise part of this app. This is when you type in running, it given you kilometers instead of mile per hour for some reason. Thanks

Is it okay to drink protien shake for cardio , or are they only for lifting weights. And if only for lifting weights how often should I drink a shake if I lift weights 3 times a week for about 1 hour per day. Thanx

Excess skin
Hey everyone, I start my journey to lose weight in February, I have lost 52lb since. Started at 252 now I am down to 200. I am noticing that my stomach seems to be flatter but I notice a lot of loose skin, does this go away or is there anything I can do to reduce this

1200 to 1500 calorie zone
