Hey everyone, I start my journey to lose weight in February, I have lost 52lb since. Started at 252 now I am down to 200. I am noticing that my stomach seems to be flatter but I notice a lot of loose skin, does this go away or is there anything I can do to reduce this

It's a common problem. Some of it will probably tighten up, but not all of it. The younger you are the better it will do. You should probably make sure to stay hydrated and maybe try a hair/skin/nails vitamin supplement.0

It takes about 2yrs of maintaining your lower weight for the skin to adjust as much as it will. I lost 100lbs and I still have some loose skin but I can hide it well enough to wear a 2 piece swimsuit. I only really notice it when I bend over. It looked bad when I first reached my goal but there was a lot of improvement in just the first 6 months.0

I use a skin firming lotion but not an expensive one. I don't know if it does anything but I figure I would moisturize with something and its just a few cents more than plain moisturizer so why not.

Loose skin is based on a lot of factors, such as genetics, how much you lost and how quickly, etc. Time will tighten some of it. Lifting will help to fill in the areas to lessen the appearance, but some people are just going to have it.0
