Has anyone tried it and does it work. What are example of your high carb days, are high carb days also know as cheat meals. Example of good carbs and bad carbs? ? Thanks everyone

I have high carb days when I exercise a lot.
I have a maintenance figure then I eat/pre-fuel the workout by adding the calories.
I lose weight by eating less than I expend, basic calories in calories out laws.
People have high carb days for various reasons. When you get down to the final body fat percentages as a competitive body builder, the days where you eat at maintenance should be more frequent. High Carbs can really fuel muscle growth, keep the hormones normal, act like high octane fuel for good performance.
All carbs are good.
Glucose, sucrose for during high intensity sports lasting more than 90 mins,
Pasta, rice fast releasers for post weight lifting to help spike insulin to build muscle.
Slow releasers like oats sweet potatoes etc for low intensity and energy use between meals.
