Quitting smoking
Hi guys. After 8 years, I've decided to quit smoking. This isn't the first time, but hopefully I'll succeed. I'm a bit worried about weight gain and things like that. I know it's probably the addiction talking but I'd really like some advice from people who have quit smoking while losing weight.

Hi guys, just want a bit of input. I really want to increase the amount of compound movements I am doing with my weights. What would you suggest? Squats, deadlifts, bent-over rows etc.?

Could somebody PLEASE tell me how to get out of the skinny fat trap? People look at me and tell me I'm too thin but when I take my top off the wobble is ridiculous! Help!!

Body Fat Calculators
Can anyone here recommend a good body fat calculator or an accurate method of judging? I've tried 2 online where I gave my measurements and the results varied quite a bit. I'm 5'6" and 134lbs currently, and slim but flabby. I think losing body fat would be a better option for me than simply trying to lose weight.

Coconut oil?
I've read that eating coconut oil can be good for burning fat, just wondering if anyone here has ever tried it? Sounds a bit too good to be true in my opinion!
