    If one is doing it for muscle endurance, that's great, but if their doing it to try to get a 6 pack, calorie intake should be looked at first.

    Day 2! Looking at the last day, it seems impossible to me but hopefully working up to it slowly (like the challenge layout suggests) will make things more manageable :smile:
    Doing this in conjunction with the 30DS, hopefully my stomach will be a lot more toned after!

    Huh. I'm doing s 30-day ab challenge (today is a rest day) but mine includes sit ups. Otherwise the increase in exercises per day are similar. Good luck to all who are participating!

    I am in today is day one for me. I have an ileostomy so I need to be careful about this, but I will wear my hernia belt for sure.

    The only challenge for abs is sticking to a calorie deficit.
