How did you get "unstuck"?

From 145 to 125 by March, 2017

What is your work out routine?
As above! I go to the gym 6 days a week...not only to work out, but to just mentally refresh. My routine is alternating days of free weights and cardio/abs/yoga stretches. What about you?

1200 Calories: Daily log in
I'm creating this thread so that those of us who are setting a daily goal of 1,200 calories can report in. This is completely voluntary. That 1,200 calories can be after exercise calories.

I'm 5 ft 7 inches, and working on losing those last 15 lbs of baby weight. The baby is now 14, so I've very motivated. I'm over 50, work out 6 days a week doing free weight training and cardio. Thanks!
