How many grams of protein in your protein powder shake?
I've got some usn diet fuel powder and need to up my protein intake, it has 25g in a portion, im just wondering how that compares to a normal one (non diet) as I can't afford to buy anything else right now!! Thanks

Switching deficit for scale benefit, to body weight exercises for definition
So I've given up on my scale for a bit, im clearly not getting the body I want by restricting anymore, the body I want is defined and lean so, a bit of advice on how many calories people eat whilst gaining muscle? LADIES ONLY - Pull ups... how hard did you work to get there??
So my upper body strength is pretty good, it's not amazing but i can smash out some serious press ups but I've got a pull up bar at home (my husbands') and although i'm getting closer by starting with assisted ones, I still cannot pull myself up from hanging! Hate cardio, am I ok to literally just do weighted moves?
I've been at this a while now. I've not got much fat to lose and I think diet alone will sort that soo can I just do weights and drop cardio totally? I do 13,000 steps in an average day at work so I still move. my goal is just to shed a bit more body fat and gain definition all over! Thanks!

Is it just me, or since this journey I now get ridiculously excited about going food shopping for the week??? I know I'm going tonight and can't stop thinking about meal plans and what lean meats ill get etc, it's such a pleasure for me! !

So I've synced my pedometer ap with here this week and I've discovered at work I do am average of 11000 steps a day...today my diary is reading I burnt over 500 cals of "exercise" therefore giving me all these extra cals to eat....but I've not done exercise in my head as it's the same activity level as I've had for years…
