I went out last night, had a crazy night with my best friend and drank a ton. Woke up this morning feeling like hell and went and ate out, didn't even question what I was putting on my mouth I just wanted to feel better! I told myself I just wouldn't log for 2 days, screw it, don't need to know the damage I've done right? No.that's a terrible attitude! So I manned up, put it all in and actually, I only over ate (well....Over drank!) By 350 cals yesterday! And so far I'm under for today, yeah those cals are not nutritionally great but jeez I need to lighten up on myself! ! Just a thought for anyone who also likes to ignore bad days! Xxx

I say well done on moving on.....

Really 350 calories over is hardly a major bust out in any case....I don't think there would be many people who could honestly say they have been 100% perfect in their eating, drinking or logging....it really is just one of those things. You did a great job in facing up to logging your intake and the damage....well apart from a hangover was minimal.

Gave me a kick to go back and fill in other days I missed in the last week too! At least we walked loads from pub to pub?!!

Ha ha...so you got in some cardio....props. Lol

Ps: Don't panic if your weight does go up a little in the next couple of days....just water weight from the drinking. It will pass. ;)

350cals... about a tenth of a pound? You're a saint! I've had a few days where I was 2300+over my intake needs... You've gotta allow yourself to live -- Don't put the "die" into diet.

I hope that you had a great time out and I'm certain that you're already back on your way to your personal level of success (and live a little!)

Depending on your built in deficit, you're only 100 over (if your scheduled for a half pound a week loss) or still 150 under maintenance ( if a one pound a week loss is scheduled). Not bad. See what logging can do for ya?

Those kinds of things make you realize that it's just a day. Log it and move on. It might not be as bad as you thought. Or it might be my August 1st. But either way, it is what it is.

Sure, but how many extra calories do you burn if you can't walk a straight line? Confusing the muscle groups must add up!
