    We got invited to a birthday party for children of a friend. So the last thing I ate was birthday cake. YUM! Of course, there were the things I DRANK, in this case Mike's Black Cherry Hard Lemonade, and a shot of some awful cranberry vodka. If it helps, I limited myself to one plate of food at the party, which is a first for me, and I had 7 cups of water, but I still blew the calorie limit for today. :(

    Well, the lawn does need mowed tomorrow, so maybe I will get back on track.
