about to have duck breast with med veg! mmmmm!!

Wow...duck breast! I think I've only tried it once though I have had french fries in duck confit before and they're amazing. How's the nutrition with duck breast?

I won't lie, a little heavier on fat than most meats it certainly isn't lean but that's why im just having dry roasted veggies alongside! Great as a treat (and change from chicken /turkey!)

Cool! Sorry, didn't mean to put you on the spot or anything. I was genuinely interested as that's something I don't see often where I live. :)

oh wait...forgot about the Maple Leaf cookies from Trader Joe's too. There were only a couple left in the box in my desk drawer so I figured I'd knock them out before getting started back up on the diet thing.

    Krispy Kreme's raspberry cream doughnut...

It was my brother's birthday yesterday and he'd bought home a big box of KK doughnuts today. It'd be rude if he didn't share lol

I was going to say one half of a humble sweet potato, but now that I think of it the BBQ talapia with spicy thai sauce was the best thing I ate today.

A huge pile of hot buttered sauteed baby spinach and a grilled chicken breast. Yeah, I'm simple like that. :)
