What eating plan
What eating plan do you follow? For me I eat as clean as I can...No soy, no gluten and very little dairy. Just lots of fresh veggies, fruit and lean meat like organic chicken and wild caught fish. I do have eggs and grass fed butter. I have been eating like this since April without a cheat =)

How is it going?
For me it is going great, was hoping to get off these steroids but my other adrenal gland has not started working yet, good new is I am still losing despite the steroids but it is just a harder battle. I can do it!!!! So can you ....Have a great weekend everyone!

120 day count down
Today is the day I start. I weighted in at 215lbs and will lose 50 lbs by Oct 25th...let the count down start NOW.... My goals to get me there.... Eat clean Move more Get to the gym at least 4 days a week Push myself that extra step Find friends to motivate me Log my meals and workouts Live life healthy!!!!

What is your biggest go too food... For me it would be tuna or a baked sweet potato with a little grass fed butter.

I just keep pushing
So today I decided that I need to move more. I have added walking to my list. I made a list of all the hiking trails in my area and how many miles each one is. I want to walk them all in the next 4 months and that will be 800 miles if I do!
