I wear a Fitbit everyday. I'm contemplating whether I need to enable the negative calorie adjustment. Some days I rely on the extra 100 calories I may get from my daily steps. Otherwise I'm pretty active. I exercise 4-5 days a week and log it in MFP. I'm losing weight and inches so I'm wondering if its really necessary.

Im 9 months postpartum attempting to lose the last 10 lbs of baby weight I gained. I've become more active than I had been in the last year and a half.
