Negative calorie adjustment

I wear a Fitbit everyday. I'm contemplating whether I need to enable the negative calorie adjustment. Some days I rely on the extra 100 calories I may get from my daily steps. Otherwise I'm pretty active. I exercise 4-5 days a week and log it in MFP. I'm losing weight and inches so I'm wondering if it really necessary.
