I got less carbs today went over 1200 calories to 1202 calories today. Its okay, now I am going for my walk it feel good to below carbs and a little over calories. vacation lows
Well, I went on vacation and my carb attention went out the door. But, I back on track and paying attention to what I am doing. I was even fearful of getting on the scales. But, I will next week once I get back on track today.

Well, it has been four days now on the low carbs and I am not going to beat myself up just keep trying. It is mid day and thus far I had about 24 carbs and I am going to keep working at it to stay within 50 carbs today. I know I have to think a lot when it comes to this whole carb thing.

I just completed my entry for today and guess what I had 78 carbs to much but not enough calories. I only had 960 which is way to low but I feel fine.
