Every other day fasting?
I have heard about this, where you eat every other day, is it a good way to loose weight? Anyone have success stories from it, and how did you go about it? Also, is it even healthy?? Lol. Thanks!!! <3

Eating 3 square meals a day or eating every few hours???

20/20 diet
I am starting the 20/20 diet by Dr. Phil here within a few days, have ben working out and counting calories but no real results yet. Wanted to try something different to jumpstart the weight loss and help with the feeling of wanting to eat all the time! Anyone else do this diet?
