Calorie calculator
Just used the website (builtdaily.com/calorie-counter) to calculate my daily and weight loss cals. And it says I should eat 2056 to lose weight where as mfp says to eat 1390 that's a massive difference? Any one know why? Could this be why I keep gaining the odd pound am I not eating enough or have I missed something? Thanks

Fitness tracker
hi all I'm looking at getting a fitness tracker ideally I would like the tracker to track calories, sleep, and exercise including cycling/spin. Does anyone have any recommendations currently I'm looking at the i-fit of the Fitbit although the Fitbit is a bit pricey for the one that records spin. Thanks

Ok so I track my food, and most days stay within the cal limit if I go over it's only by 10-20 cals a d only maybe 1-2 days. I do 5/6 classes per week at the gym including strength and cardio and yet the scales keep creaping up week after week. I now weigh 12stone 5 (5ft 7) ekk I don't really know what to do. I weighed…
