Struggling with binging due to stress...
For the past week, I've been on a crazy binge averaging 3000+ calories a day. My original weight was 230 at 5'5 and the lowest I've been was 142 lbs. My final goal is 130 lbs. I guess I got pretty frustrated after having maintained 142 lbs for so long and not seeing any progress despite eating 1300 cal/day combined with…

Scared of weight gain on vacation
I'm going away to Disney for a week and I'm a little anxious that I'll regain some weight during this time. My weight loss has been super slow lately and I've lost 5 measly pounds in 2 months. Because of this, I am super scared that I'll erase all the progress I've made. How do you stick to your plan while on vacation? Do…

Disappointed with slow weight loss, need advice
I am 21 yrs old and 5’5 and currently weigh 171. Despite having 30+ lbs to lose still, weight loss has been very sluggish for me. These past two months, I have only managed to shed 5 pounds. Is…

How many calories should I be consuming?
My height is 5'5 and I currently weigh 209 pounds. My exercise routine is 30 min of cardio and 20 mins of weights. On days that I don't do weights, I do about an hour of cardio. I've tried to stay around 1300-1400 calories a day but I still find myself hungry by the end of the day. Should I be upping my calorie intake?

Eating back exercise calories
Hi, I was wondering if I should be eating back the calories I get from cardio exercises? I know MFP estimates are usually above what they should be, so as a general rule, I've been eating 50% or less of the calories I've been getting as a result of exercise. Is this too much or should I not be eating back the calories at…

Is it okay only doing cardio to lose weight?
Hi, I recently began my weight loss journey and have lost 10 pounds so far. For my work out routines, I've been doing 50 minutes of cardio/ 5 days a week. Should I be doing strength training as well, and if so, how many days a week and for how long? Also am wondering if there are strength workouts you can do at your own…
