How many calories should I be consuming?

My height is 5'5 and I currently weigh 209 pounds. My exercise routine is 30 min of cardio and 20 mins of weights. On days that I don't do weights, I do about an hour of cardio. I've tried to stay around 1300-1400 calories a day but I still find myself hungry by the end of the day. Should I be upping my calorie intake?

    Probably.
How long have you been on this routine (exercise and calorie intake)? What have your results been?

I was on it last year for 3 months and lost 30 pounds. However, I fell off track and gained 10 pounds back due to my dad getting extremely sick and me being stressed from college. I recently started up again 3 weeks ago and have lost 4 pounds total. I'm really pleased with the results from this but I still feel like I'm not eating enough.

Well, you could add a couple of hundred calories a day, and you should still lose, but it will be slower (about a half pound a week or so). There's nothing wrong with that (if only have 10 or 30 lbs to lose, it's actually better from the standpoint of preserving lean mass), but you need to be willing to be patient. Or be hungry.

My nutritionist gave me a plan to follow that allows 300 calories meals and 150 calorie snacks. I tend to eat every 2-3 hours and rarily am hungry. Perhaps you are not getting enough protein?

Lifting weights makes me super hungry. I figured out that if I exercise I can keep the same diet and not be too hungry but lifting weights really ramps up my appetite. It kind of slows down my weight loss, but I look better a whole lot faster.
