Salad Ideas?
Hi all! I've been eating salads for lunch lately. I live in Texas and it's getting hot, so it's the perfect summertime meal! However I'm kind of bored of the salads I've been making (cranberry walnut feta, and asian chicken salad with tangerines). Anybody out there got any ideas on how to spice up my greens? Thanks! Higher Fiber Gluten Free Grains
Hi Gluten Free friends out there! I'm allergic to wheat and am having a hell of a time finding high fiber grains to replace whole wheat. The gf options (like brown rice flour, tapioca flour, etc) just don't even come close to whole wheat. Anybody have any grains they recommend trying?

In a Slump, Need Inspiration!
