i know there's probably been loads of discussions about the 'hip dip' But I was wondering what exercises i could I do to fill out that area? I don't what to lose weight and I know I'll always have it as its a lot to do with genetics.. But if i could build muscle on my hips so they maybe appear more curvy? Is this possible?…
Should I work out even though I'm still sore? Went to the gym on Monday and still feeling sore inbetween my legs.. Havnt been to the gym in while so I guess this is expected, I've stretched at night but still feel no better :(
