increasing carbs when gluten free

Difference in weight between barbell and kettlebell squats
I've been doing kettlebell squats instead of front barbell squats in 5x5 programme as I can't load back to do back squats, and barbell hurt wrists. Got up to 20kg and have had to 'harden up'.
