distance on elliptical machines?
Using the elliptical machine at the gym for cardio because it's easier on my knees. Regardless of intensity, is 2 miles (example) on the elliptical machine the same as walking/running the same distance on land?

3 times a week I go to the Y with Hubby. There he and I take this class in the pool called Difficulty with movement, and it's taught by a physical therapist.
