Quick Question
Why do some people choose not to eat back their calories lost during exercise even though they are on a diet consisting of a caloric intake based on their exercise?

Where do you guys stand on this debate?
I keep seeing that organic is better for you versus non-organic for obvious reasons.i.e pesticides but is it so serious that some foods should under all circumstances be eaten organically or are certain people blowing it out of proportion? Just curious.

I have been hearing quite a bit about HIIT lately. I tried a variation on the elliptical this morning and I LOVE the fact that it keeps me engaged throughout the entire workout. Anyone done a HIIT program long term and enjoy it?

Starting new diet and exercise routine!
I start my new diet and exercise routine tomorrow! Exercising intensely for energy and dieting to lose 15-20 pounds including stubborn belly fat! Should meet my goal by mid November. Thank you again to those who have wished me luck thus far! So excited!
