Starting new diet and exercise routine!

I start my new diet and exercise routine tomorrow! Exercising intensely for energy and dieting to lose 15-20 pounds including stubborn belly fat! Should meet my goal by mid November. Thank you again to those who have wished me luck thus far! So excited!

    Started healthy eating and exercise commitment yesterday. According to my daily summary, I should lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks. That means I should reach my goal of 30 lbs by Thanksgiving!
