Looking to lose at least 15 pounds!

I have recently gained 20 pounds within the past year. I just realized it about a month ago. I think I began to slow down after school and that was the reason because I haven't noticed a change in my eating habits. My tummy is my issue! This is only one of the goals I hope to achieve and I am counting it as my short term goal as I hope to achieve it no later than November which kind of seems like a long time to me but I know safe weight loss is considered to be 1-2 pounds a week. My long term goal is to have more energy and not be so tired all the darn time! I begin Monday beginning my first weight loss journey as I have never had an issue with weight. I'm so excited to see what I can do. I hope you guys achieve your intended goals as well! Here goes nothing!
