Exercise Calories
I know I've seen people ask this before, so I don't want to be annoying, but I'm wondering if I should be eating my exercise calories every day or leaving some? Today I went out to eat so I ate all 600 of my exercise calories, but I'm not sure if I should be feeling guilty or not! :ohwell:

Question about tracking calories Burnt
Hi! I recently got a heart monitor that tracks my calories. I have a very active job so I decided to wear it to work today to see how many calories I burn at work. It turned out being 870!! So, my question is, should I track that as exercise? I already have my settings as Lightly Active. I don't know what to do!
