Well said! I was telling my husband last night it's so ridiculous that I've wanted something for over fifteen years that's free to me and totally something I'm capable of doing and I'm not doing it! Ive made up my mind that it's happening for me!

That's a good idea. I also figure I can go work out after they go to bed (or right before that hectic bed time!) We'll do as good as we can, and it will get easier with time I suppose. :happy:

Old Dutch fat free pretzel thins are AWESOME, any fruit really, 100 calorie snack packs, that kind of stuff...when I'm with my kids and we go through the McDonalds drive through I'll get a snack wrap with no cheese (Chipotle BBQ is a personal fav) or just a large unsweetned tea (but I like that kind of stuff). Thank you everybody I really appreciate the feedback. I tend to overthink these things, and that's where I fail. I will try to drink more water and watch the late night snacks, and incorporate more fruits and veggies in my day. Thanks so much!

Thank you so much everyone! I think I'll indulge a little in the chip and salsa department and then get a taco salad with chicken, hold the sour cream and cheese and use salsa for dressing. Ying and Yang :) Thanks again!

I don't personally have it but four or five members of my family (extended and immediate) do and they take some pill for it every day. they say it works really well, just have to adjust it based on losing weight and stuff. good luck!

Glad you worked everything out lol :happy: I took a probiotic the other day for a couple days (for no reason in particular they were just around) They were the Culturelle brand and I was totally backed up for the two days I took it. Any carbonated drinks are not counted as water.

I've always heard (and believed) that if it's carbonated you can't count it as water. That's what I go by.

I think it's because the vitamins and nutrients in those foods are still good for you. I cannot digest carbs like a normal person, I get bloated and feel like crap. However, a no carb diet is bad for me because I have a high triglyceride level which means I need to avoid foods high in fat. So...this seems to work for me!
