Losing Inches Off My Hips?
Hey everyone, So I recently started working out again, and have been doing combined strength and cardio for about 4 months now. Now, I'll admit I've fallen off of it sometimes (I'm a student so assignments make you busy), but I've been pretty good about what I eat and being consistent. So far, I've seen about 1.5 inches…

Losing Inches While Strength Training
Hey everyone! So I'm just starting back into workouts after a long break. I'm doing it the right way this time, by incorporating strength training with cardio (last time I did straight cardio, not the best). I know I won't see results for at least a few months, but here's my question. A lot of lower body strength training…

So far I've gained 6 pounds! I know this is likely muscle weight, because I haven't gained any inches around my body but when can I…

TDEE?
Quick question about TDEE. Mine is around 2100, so is this how many calories my body burns per day or what? Also, does this number include the number of calories burned during any given workout, or would that number be added to the TDEE burn? Thanks for the help!

Gaining inches?!
Hi everyone, I'm 18, and recently I've been gaining inches around my hip and waist area. About a month ago, I was part of a production, meaning I was eating out a lot more. But the gained inches didn't happen until a month later. I've working out again, doing strength and cardio, which I know may be cause for some of the…
