Losing Inches Off My Hips?

Hey everyone,
So I recently started working out again, and have been doing combined strength and cardio for about 4 months now. Now, I'll admit I've fallen off of it sometimes (I'm a student so assignments make you busy), but I've been pretty good about what I eat and being consistent. So far, I've seen about 1.5 inches off my waist, but nothing off my hips! I am pear-shaped, and I'm not suggesting that I want to be anything different, but I used to be 36 inches around and now I'm stuck at 38.5!

When will I start to see results? And is there any way to speed up seeing results in my hips!

    Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. I'm exactly opposite of you. I've lost half an inch off my hips and nothing off my waist. We just have to be patient. :)
