I try to stock up on healthier foods to force me to eat better, but I can't get myself to eat salads alone. Im not the biggest veggie fan, any tips to make it more enjoyable to eat healthier and not be such a chore?

quick question, does it make a difference doing 1 long workout ir multiple small ones?
Just wondering if it makes a difference if I were to do 3 ten minute workouts throughout the day compared to one 30 minute workout a day? I figure it'd still burn the same number of calories, but is one better than the other for weightloss?

I'm 20 yo, 5'4 and 180 lbs. My goal is to get to about 130. I have a bigger stomach/muffin top and I have heard you can't direct where you lose fat from, but is there any specific exercise that would help with that? Any other weightloss advice welcome here too. ☺

Just watched the presentation on e factor diet Says eating the right foods at the right TIMES of day will make you lose weight from activating more fat burning hormones at the right times. Would this just decrease bloating/water weight or actually burn fat away?
