  • I ended up eating a bag of sun chips this night, but I did control my portion sizes and opted for healthier choices. JFT Saturday: 1. Drink my water 2. Jog 1 hr ✔ (already jogged for the day) 3. Stay in the green!!! No chips!

  • I have been sick on green tea with lemon since i started my healthy habits, but once in a while coffee is just what I need.

  • Great compared to yesterday! Went 300 cal over yesterday, but today I have 710 cal left because i fit in 25 minutes of zumba! :) Breakfast was a banana and green tea, lunch was tuna and shrimp and dinner was breaded fish with green beans. I feel great!

  • It didnt f specify but I'm assuming the hormone Leptin that controls us feeling hunger. Still have to do more research but i was just wondering if anyone has heard of this method negate you eat the same foods you would normally, but sieben of what kind of fits they are, some are better in the morning, night, etc.
  • I feel like i already had the answer in mind, it always comes down to self discipline, which I need to work harder on. I will buy healthier snack alternatives and try not to resort to eating unless I am infact hungry. Just getting feedback helps alot though! I want to make healthy a habit. Thank you all!
  • Congrats on not giving into your cravings! I've had a particularly slow day. Only one class and home doing homework; These are the days I normally would totally pig out and today I am proud to say I have only ate tuna, breaded fish and sesame chicken with rice &vegetables. Met my MFP goals!
