Just looking for some advice

I'm 20 yo, 5'4 and 180 lbs. My goal is to get to about 130. I have a bigger stomach/muffin top and I have heard you can't direct where you lose fat from, but is there any specific exercise that would help with that? Any other weightloss advice welcome here too. ☺
