Just watched the presentation on e factor diet
Says eating the right foods at the right TIMES of day will make you lose weight from activating more fat burning hormones at the right times.
Would this just decrease bloating/water weight or actually burn fat away?

This makes absolutely no sense to me at all.. There is a ton of evidence that shows it doesn't make any difference when you eat. You just need to stay in your calorie deficit.

It didnt f specify but I'm assuming the hormone Leptin that controls us feeling hunger. Still have to do more research but i was just wondering if anyone has heard of this method negate you eat the same foods you would normally, but sieben of what kind of fits they are, some are better in the morning, night, etc.

But Leptin- nor any other hormone or pill burns fat.
    Only a calorie deficit does.

IMO, a food that causes us to be fuller for longer will keep us feeling fuller, longer, regardless of the time of day.

It's total malarky. People who spout dumb stuff like this are selling you an idea to profit from. The author alone is a real estate entrepeneur and knows there's a bunch of people trying to lose weight who have no or little knowledge on how physiology actually works.

It helps me to know that I could eat 2000 calories in one sitting or 200 calorie meals 10 times a day if I wanted to, and it wouldn't make a difference in my weight loss. All these weird diet rules are made to rip people off.
