Diagnosis w/ no info
Just got diagnosed over the phone by a nurse (delivering drs diagnosis after viewing ultrasound) who gave me very little info and I was too taken aback to think to ask much. Steps....y aren't they counted against ur calories as a workout?
Do I need to go in and select walking as an exercise even tho it's counted my steps (I don't use fitbit just carry my phone in my pocket)
