pool question
Kind of a silly question . I have very little upper body strength. I saw on line you can do pushups on the side of a pool. Unfortunately the only pool access... I have it a 3 foot pool at home so using the sides for support wont work . But i can reach the bottom and a regular style push up in the pool. Would that help…

how long did it take you to loose 100lbs?
Before anything is said I know my journey is my journey and I will reach my goals by the work I put in. But just out of curiosity how long did it take you to loose 100 pounds ? I love a good success story :-)

So this site says I have 5 activity calories but my step tracker says I burned 99 so far...that's a huge spread. Of course I will go by the smaller of the numbers to be safe but feeling a bit frustrated

tracker not logging all my steps on walking dvd
I do a mile walking DVD but I'm noticing my tracker isn't logging a mile...anyone else have this issue? Wondering if the dvds claim to be a mile is inaccurate or if my tracker just doesn't log some moves.
