Hi everyone,
I'm relatively new here and figured I would introduce myself. I've been overweight my whole life and have decidedly to make a change. I did well for a bit and lost 40 lbs and have kept it off a year but started to slide. Now I'm back at it and would like to loose another 70 to 100 lbs...but I'm taking it in smaller goals so it's not so overwhelming. Walking 5 days a week and some weights 3 days a week. Looking forward to seeing changes. Others have noticed but I'm slow in seeing it...Lol. anyway I wish anyone reading this a successful day. Feel free to add me...friends are always welcome

I'm at goal now and found this app great. Especially the friends list I have are all great inspirations. Five days off a year here and find if you track your calories and fit some exercise in most days you will slowly lose the weight and more importantly keep it off!0
