What would i log thesea exercises as, wall sits, planks, and squats just using your body weight? Would they be considered strength or cardio? I dont see them listed in either.

I know you don't count work as exercise however, I just started a job in Housekeeping today. Is it possible to add that at least for a few days until its something im doing regularly? I know research said you can burn up to 180 calories and hour @150lbs. In this line of work.

So, i did pilates today. Much tougher then I thought but , pushed through. Didn't feel like I did much. Guess because Zumba is my usual cardio. Wanna focus on strength when Im not doing cardio days. Any suggestions or is basic weight machines enough?

It says i should eat 1320 calories to lose 2lbs per week and lose the 70lbs i wanna lose, so, how many calories should i try to burn per day? Im confused....
