cardio

So, i did pilates today. Much tougher then I thought but , pushed through. Didn't feel like I did much. Guess because Zumba is my usual cardio. Wanna focus on strength when Im not doing cardio days. Any suggestions or is basic weight machines enough?

    Um....I've never done any kind of pilates that I would consider cardio. For me it's more like body weight strength training. But if you have access to weights....try those out. Weights can be very efficient for strength training.
