Does anyone know, about how many calories the PF 12min ab circuit and, the Aec trainer burn?

    No one can guess for you. Your height, weight, age, gender, and exertion level are going to be factors. There are other factors too.

    For a general estimate log your workout into MFP. Under cardiovascular choose a general category: circuit training, strength training, calisthenics, aerobics, yoga, dance, etc. Then plug in 12 minutes.

    Most people eat back 50-75% of exercise calories to account for "generous" estimates.
