Flexibility in workouts.
In the past 20 months, I have gone through phases where I worked out on different days, different times and with different intervals between two consecutive sessions. Micros intake- mainly iron and potassium
I've observed that I'm meeting my macros goal well on a daily basis but with micros specially iron and potassium, I am not able to meet their daily MFP goals. (Iron and potassium plays an important part in the functioning of the body so I am worried about their inadequate intake.) Any suggestions?
