Micros intake- mainly iron and potassium

I've observed that I'm meeting my macros goal well on a daily basis but with micros specially iron and potassium, I am not able to meet their daily MFP goals.
(Iron and potassium plays an important part in the functioning of the body so I am worried about their inadequate intake.)
Any suggestions?

Many of the food entries are not complete on the micro nutrients. Make sure the entries you are choosing are complete. You may not be as bad as you thought.0

Thanks Lizzy.
The problem is that it is not possible to measure macros/micros of home cooked and take away food.
So I look up on MFP app and choose the most suitable item but still it is far away from being accurate.0
