Hula hooping
I've recently rediscovered my hula hoop that was tucked away in my garage. I have been using it for a few days now- about 1-2 hours a day- and I can notice my core feeling more firm. Does anyone know if this is a good core workout or should I go back to crunches, etc? Help?

Vegetarian to Vegan

Walk to school
Walking to schoo for me takes about 12 minutes and at the pace is go that is 52 calories one way making it approximately 105 calories there and back at the end of the day. I was just wondering if I should count those calories as my daily calories burned or not. Thanks :)

Green tea
Every morning I drink 2 cups of green tea and throughout the day I drink another 2.5 cups making my daily total: 4.5 cups of green tea. Is that enough tea to help me begin to lose fat around my stomach? I've heard drinking green tea is good for that but I've never known exact ally how much to drink. Help?
