missing yesterdays calorie adjustment
had a calorie adjustment friday and today but MFP didnt show my adjusment for yesterday and i ran 7 miles i should have had quite a large adjustment i have synced both and it still doesnt show up i can add it manual but i like it just to do it wondering why it would do that

Calories burned horseback riding
Went on a 3 hour horseback trail ride in the mountains my Fitbit hr charge tracked over 30 thousand steps and logged it as exercise with 937 calories burned with an avg HR of 101 so I know the steps I didn't take my horse did lol so are the calories burned not accurate? Does that info just come straight from the HR tracked?

Starving the day before a weight change?

Work christmas party success
After food tracking for 90 days I successfully ate a meal and desert only being over 100-200 calories with high estimates for the day without looking up food first the retraining of portion size is working for me!!!

Tracking if you weigh daily
I highly recommend a tracking app for those who weigh daily I like to weigh daily and the fluctuations at first freaked me out but with tracking you begin to see the completely normal pattern and I'm no longer stressed out so if your like me and weigh daily I think this helps alot

Iritaited when i have to guess calories
Had a half cup of thai tofu cabbage salad at the health food deli bar and really have no clue had to guess calories searched here and for recipes how do you guess when recipes very from 80-350 calories a serving and all look the same grrrr I don't really want to limit what I eat but I hate guessing

Such an ahh ha moment
Another great reason for logging meals I been working out 6 days a week a few times I have hardly been able to get through,just no energy had an idea and checked my lunches sure enough the 400-500 Calorie days for lunch. Matched my bad days so I will defiantly plan better can't wait to See if it makes the differance!

Do you all consider this calculator for caloric needs. Acrurate the web has so many that vary hugely I want to make sure I'm eating as close to optimal deficit as possible and some are 1000 or more than this calculator for. The same estimated. Weight loss I don't get it
