Just wondering how to handle exercise that I do while not wearing my Fitbit? Is there a way to specify this? For example, today I did 48 minutes of Zumba like exercise while wearing my Fitbit for a calorie burn of about 600 calories. Favorite Snack?
I live finding good healthy snack ideas to add variety to my day! My curent favorite is celery and light laughing cow cheese. The celery gives me the crunch I crave and the laughing cow feels decadent for so few calories.
