So my belly is still pretty big but I'm at the weight I want. So how do I lose more fr the belly without lisingote weight. Or is it not possible for a 59 year old lady

Almost to goal
Been on this weight loss journey since early December Have lost 26.4 lbs since December 3.6 lbs away from first goal 3 inches of belly altogether. Another inch from hips and waist sinch last month.

Fiber and gas
Been eating a lot if fiber since December and still get gas everyday from it. Take a probiotic everyfsyy, but still lots of gas. I eat oatmeal, protein bars, fruits and veggies

Maintaining soon
So I am at 149.6, my goal to eat at maintenance is 142. I am going on vacation for 5 days in may. With so many good eating places around how do you maintain?

Elated
Well stepped on the scale this morning and it went down to another 10 digit number. From the 170s to the 160s to the 150s and now the 140s. Plus I measured myself this morning Since 2.5.16, lost 1" of hips, 1" of waist, 1/2 " of belly, 1" of l thigh, 1/4 inch off r thigh. Simply elated, aost at my goal weight

Last 10 lbs
Those last 10 pounds are almost impossible to lose. I'm 58 and 151.4 as if today. I upped my cals from 1200 to 1350. Doing a combo of weightlifting, body weight, and circuits. I want to get to 142. Hope I'm doing everything right

problem areas

Finally
After 9 days of being stuck in the 152s, scale finally went down to 151.6. I have finally hit the I have lost over 20 pound mark. Only 9 pounds to go. It really is hard to lose that last ten. Now if only the belly fat can be sucked away.

Need motivation
I'm 58, have lost 19 pounds, and have been struggling the last week to get down 1 pound. I have been at 152.4, 152.4, 152.6, 152.8, 152.6, 152.4, 152.6, 153, it is getting very frustrating

Size smaller
Size 12 fits now. Just bought my first size 12 jeans. Went from a 16 to a 14 to a 12. Had to get something though all my pants are to big and baggy

Knotted muscle
I have had a knotted muscle in my right side lower middle back for days. I have been massaging it with fingers and tennis balls It just won't go away. Makes it hard to do any workouts. Any other suggestions, or do I just need to give it more time

Ugly legs
I have the ugliest legs ever with that cottage cheese cellulite, wish my legs would smooth out, I've list 17 pounds, do bodyweight exercises but that cellulite won't go away

clothes don't fit
All my 16/18's are way too big now. My 14's are starting to get too big. I have one size 12 that I am starting to fit into. All my other smaller sizes I gave away. Now I wish I hadn't, I don't want to buy 12's if I'm going to be in a smaller size in a few months. Hard to fit into pants right now and too cold to wear skirts.

Cleaning
We are doing a kitchen remodel and I have been cleaning walls, floors, taking loads of useless items to the dump, carrying in boxes of ceiling tiles, etc. Lots of work, won't have to do a workout this weekend

Measurements
Well I've been taking my measurements and nothing has changed in a month which I don't understand because pants that were to snug on me now fight, so i must have lost something. Bought an eatsmart scale that tells you your body fat so we will see when it gets here

Losing weight really isn't linear
I mean I'll be at the same weight for 3 or 4 days then the 5 th day I'll be down .8 lbs

Treat day at work
So if I were to eat all day on our celebration treat day at work and not count calories that day, how much weight would I gain back the next day. I have never done this since logging and been logging every day since I joined about ,40 days ago

so, the fruits listed in the database, are the calories listed with the skin/peels on or off. Not sure if I should measure my fruit with skin on or off. Thanks.

Weight loss vs fat loss
Can someone explain to me the difference between fat loss and weight loss. I've looked all over and cannot find a defined definition. I thought with weight loss you lose fat, but I've lost 12 lbs and my measurements seem to be the same. Yet pants that were snug before now fit.
