40 minutes of some vigorous calisthenics, and can barely type cause my left arm is still shaky. LOL. My thighs still look like crap, got to work on those, get those crinkles out. But what a work out, can sure feel it in my abs, legs and arms.

Stairs
Why is walking up 4.5 flight s of stairs so hard, everyone at work says the same thing. But we can do an intense workout and it's not as heart pumping as climbing stairs.

So I do 30 minutes of weight, I enter it into fitbit. Same day I do 30 minutes of aerobics, I enter it into fitbit. when are you suppose to start resistance training
I still have 18 pounds or so to lose. When should I incorporate resistance training into my exercises. Do I start now, so my skin won't hang when I lose the weight? Or do you start when you are at your goal weight. Confused by it all.

Do you really have to eat all your calorie goal for the day. I still have over 500 calories to eat and not even hungry. maybe if I just do nothing for the rest of the night, the calories to eat will go down.

exercise going backward
ok on mfp I had 105 under exercise in my diary, now all of a sudden it went to 95? Why would it take away calories burned? I didn't un exercise. LOL

Running
I don't know why, but I just cannot run, I get out of breath so fast. But I can do other aerobics with no problems, like a half an hour of just dance non stop and don't get out of breath like running. Or I can an incline on the treadmill no problem. Just weird

Workouts
I was wondering if u guys work out everyday and do u have a calorie burn rate set for everyday. I have a goal to burn at least 300 calories a day I have a desk job, so it gets a bit hard to do more than that on the weekdays.

Sweet tooth
I have found that by starting this diet and exercise regime, my sweet tooth has gone way down. A lot easier now to not eat those little snicker bars Probably getting my sugar fix with fruit.
