I'm 58 and have lost 22 lbs since December I didn't have a whole lot to lose, and another 8 lbs I'll be at my goal weight. I find when I get my daily protein goal it helps. Eat at a calorie deficit and you will lose. I also try to get in 10000 steps everyday, do planks, push-ups, Crunch's and squats nearly everyday

Not sure if I want to go all the way down to ,130, in my younger days I was mainly 125 but I got sick so often. The more weight I gained the less sick I was. I think 140 to 142 is a good weight for me. That's 30 pounds lost. Have 8 to go now to hit 142

There are no steak and shakes in WI However I have been to one in some state in my travels.

Well I only gained a lb, not to bad for eating garbage food all day. I'm sure it's all water weight and will off in a few days. Now back to healthy eating.

You don't know what Culver's is? Then u are missing the best butterburgers ever.

Whatever people bring in. Mostly junk food stuff, cheese, cookies, cakes, breads, muffins. Our building has over a hundred workers so their will be variety

So why when I eat at Culvers I gain an entire pound, way less than 3500 calories I'm sure it is just wager weight though cause I lise it the next day

I don't know what I did, but scale moved this morning showing I list 1 lb since yesterday. I'll take it

It is a wonderful feeling. Wore my size 12 jeans to work on Friday and people were telling me I look good. I also can now wear a medium in sweats

Thanks every one for your replies. I will try the heavy lifting. I just did sumo squats with 3 pound weights and my legs were shaking. I have a long ways to go Lol

I am 58, and yes, still losing, about another 15 to 20 to go. It is mostly my knee to butt that is do ugly. Embarrassed to wear a swimsuit.
