Well I've been taking my measurements and nothing has changed in a month which I don't understand because pants that were to snug on me now fight, so i must have lost something. Bought an eatsmart scale that tells you your body fat so we will see when it gets here

Are you taking measurements during the same time of day? I recommend the morning because your stomach will distend or bloat throughout the day.0

Yes, in the morning0

Just means you probably didn't measure in the exact same spot as last time. It happens. Don't stress about it. Your pants fit better - that's what matters
Scales that show body fat percent aren't necessarily accurate. They give you an educated guess and can be thrown off by your hydration levels.
