I was wondering if u guys work out everyday and do u have a calorie burn rate set for everyday. I have a goal to burn at least 300 calories a day
I have a desk job, so it gets a bit hard to do more than that on the weekdays.

I have a Fitbit so I look to get 10,000 steps a day. Otherwise, look to move around in the office as much as you can, do desk workouts (like wall squats and chair dips), sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=980
Also park far away in the stores, walk whenever possible. Get to the gym whenever possible but it isn't necessary.

I workout about 6 days a week and burn 300-500 calories each time. I also work a desk job, but try and get up every hour to walk (get water, coffee, bathroom, etc) and park far away from the building.

I should state that I do go for a 1/2 hour walk and then 2 15 minute walks at work everyday during lunch and breaks. I am allowed to eat at my desk so that helps.

I work full time in an office.
    I exercise 7 days a week.

I walk ... quite a lot before work, at lunch, and after work.
I climb stairs. It is 5 flights up to my office, so I do it at least 5 times a day.
I get out on my bicycle now and then after work.

And I try to be as active as possible on the weekends.

I don't aim for a particular calorie count but it often ends up being about 300-400 cal on weekdays and more on weekends.

I try to hit the gym three to four days a week.
I wear a heart rate monitor and try to burn at least 150 calories.
I usually only do a mile on the elliptical to warm up then use the weight machines.
