Running

I don't know why, but I just cannot run, I get out of breath so fast. But I can do other aerobics with no problems, like a half an hour of just dance non stop and don't get out of breath like running. Or I can an incline on the treadmill no problem. Just weird

Are you running on a treadmill or outside? Run at a pace that feels way to easy. I used to have the same problem until I wore a gps and found out I was running too fast and when I slowed down to my normal pace it was weird it felt so slow but after a few minutes that feeling goes away.0

I had to learn to breathe in pace with my feet. For me, for a leisurely run, its inhale two strides, exhale 1. Getting my breath under control was the best (and hardest) part of learning to run. 2nd was learning to be OK with an 10-11min mile. I'm not a competitive runner, so going farther is more important to me than going faster.0

Begin with a progressive program such as couch to 5K. It begins with you walking more than running and eventually builds you up to running a full 5K. The program is available in the App Store and on the Internet.0

And I can run long distances with minimal difficulty these days, but Zumba about kills me.
Being able to do one type of cardio doesn't mean you "should" be able to do another.
If you want to run, stick with it. Check out C25K as @Suuzanne37 mentioned. You'll get there

Run even slower than that. You'll know you're running slow enough if you can sing a song while you run without running out of breath. You may even have to slow to a brisk walk but in time your lungs and heart will build up strength and you'll start to be able to increase your speed.0 -
You need to slow your pace down and take walking breaks. Slowly but surely your speed will increase naturally and you will need less breaks.
